Returns Policy

NO RIGHT TO REFUND BEYOND 30 DAYS. Because you begin receiving program access and services immediately, you understand and agree that you will have no right to receive any refund for any reason or at any time beyond 30 days from the time of purchase—even if you cancel your program services. You further agree that if you fail or refuse to participate in the program, you are not entitled to any refund beyond 30 days. If you enrolled on a payment plan and do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete all remaining payments on your plan in full and on time.

To qualify, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase and show that you gave the program a fair attempt by completing and submitting the required homework and exercises. We will review your submission, attempt to help you correct the issue, and if we cannot resolve it, we will issue you a full refund.

Refund requests will be denied if it is clear you did not do the work, failed to participate, or simply downloaded the material (PDFs, audios, videos, etc.) without engaging in the process. This policy is not designed to enable people to “sample and steal” our resources, but to protect committed men who are serious about doing the work.
